Stephany J. Obradovich

Stephany J. Obradovich obtained her Bachelor of Science from Nova Southeastern University where she graduated with a double major in Legal Studies and Business Administration. She went on to obtain her law degree from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. She pursued additional education by way of a Masters in Finance at Harvard University. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, Stephany practiced in the areas of Pharmaceutical and Medical law as well as Professional Liability and Commercial Law in Boston. Working alongside pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and clinical research organizations, Stephany has advised on matters of federal regulatory compliance and internal compliance.

Stephany’s areas of practice include Medical Malpractice Defense, Health Care Law, Commercial Liability, and Civil and Commercial Litigation. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Stephany is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
