John M. Waldron is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth (B.A., cum laude, 2009) and New England Law | Boston (J.D., magna cum laude, 2012). While in law school, he served as an editor for the New England Law Review and received the CALI Excellence Award for Insurance Law. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, John practiced with a civil litigation defense firm in Boston, Massachusetts where he focused his practice on representing clients in general liability, premises liability and civil rights claims.
Mr. Waldron's areas of practice are defense of Medical Malpractice cases, General Liability, Civil Litigation and Health Care Law. He also represents medical, dental and nursing professionals before state licensing boards. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2012), the state of New Hampshire (2012), and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire (2013).
Mr. Waldron has been published by the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association, including the article, “SJC Applies Significant Limitations in Adopting Modified Version of the Continuing Treatment Doctrine.” In 2017, Mr. Waldron was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers “Rising Star” attorney.
