Erin B. McKenna

Erin B. McKenna is a graduate of Salve Regina University (B.A., magna cum laude 2006) and Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2009). During law school, she served on the Roger Williams University Law Review and received the CALI Excellence Awards for Legal Methods I and Legal Methods II. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge LLP, Erin worked at a regional insurance defense firm in Providence, Rhode Island where she focused her practice on representing clients in medical malpractice, general liability, premises liability, and auto liability claims. Her current areas of practice include defense of medical malpractice cases, general liability and healthcare law.

She also represents medical, dental and nursing professionals before state licensing boards.

Erin is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2009); State of Rhode Island (2009); and U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island (2011). She holds memberships with the Rhode Island Bar Association.
