Attorney Alysson M. Gray has been representing and defending medical providers since joining the bar. She received a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a minor in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
Prior to attending law school, Attorney Gray worked in various hospital settings including microbiology, corporate compliance, and risk management. She graduated with a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts School of Law-Dartmouth.
Attorney Gray received the UMass Law 'Servant of Justice' Award for completing more than one hundred hours of pro bono work while interning at the Rhode Island Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline and the Rhode Island Office of Program Integrity. She was a staff editor for the UMass Law Review, captain of the UMass Law Mock Trial Team, and served as a student prosecutor in Massachusetts District Court where she participated in various criminal proceedings, including jury trials.
Upon graduating, Attorney Gray worked as a Law Fellow in Worcester Superior Court and was involved in a variety of civil matters, including medical malpractice and wrongful death cases.
Since joining the medical malpractice defense bar, Attorney Gray has successfully defended medical malpractice jury trials in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts and continues to represent physicians, hospitals, and medical providers throughout both states.
