James M. Strong is a graduate of Boston University (B.A. 1997, Boston Scholar)
and Boston University School of Law (J.D. 2000), where he participated in the
Stone Moot Court competition and was an Esdaile Moot Court student judge. While
in law school, he was a law clerk for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney
General. Mr. Strong was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of
Massachusetts in 2001.
After law school, Mr. Strong was associated with a civil litigation defense
firm in Boston, where he defended health care providers against claims of
malpractice. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, Mr. Strong
concentrated his practice in the area of civil litigation. He has prosecuted and
defended claims involving business disputes, personal injury, product liability,
and premises liability. Mr. Strong has experience trying cases in state and
federal courts and has argued before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. He
currently specializes in the defense of medical providers. Mr. Strong also
teaches courses involving business law, ethics, legal philosophy and employment
law.
