Ethan McNaughton is a graduate of Boston College, (B.A., cum laude, 2003) and New England School of Law ( J.D., cum laude, 2006). While attending the New England School of Law with a Merit Scholarship, he received CALI Excellence awards for being the highest ranking student in Administrative Law, Perspectives: Readings in Contracts, and Health and Hospital Law.
Mr. McNaughton became an associate at Foster & Eldridge in November of 2006 upon his admission to the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He subsequently obtained admission to the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. Mr. McNaughton is also a member of the Cambridge Bar Association. He first joined Foster & Eldridge in the Spring of 2005 as a law clerk working in the area of medical malpractice defense. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, he clerked with a small law firm in Vermont focusing primarily on environmental and real estate matters.
