Erin M. Grealy is a graduate of University of Maine, Orono (B.A. Zoology 1995, with honors) and Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts (J.D. 2004, magna cum laude). Ms. Grealy served as a Forensic Technician for the Office of the Chief medical Examiner, where she assisted in performing medico-legal death investigations and autopsies in addition to DNA research. Ms. Grealy has also acted as a healthcare compliance auditor for the Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians, educating physicians as to applicable local, state and federal regulations and documentation guidelines. Ms. Grealy was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2005 and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2009.
Ms. Grealy has been an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County in the Boston Municipal Court. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, she was associated with an insurance defense firm in Boston where she defended claims involving personal injury, product liability and premise liability.
