Christian Hinrichsen focuses his practice on representing health care providers in civil actions before state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings before state regulatory boards. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine as well as the United States District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine. Prior to joining Foster & Eldridge, LLP, Christian was associated with a Massachusetts defense firm where he successfully defended complex tort cases in the areas of general, premises, professional and products liability.
Christian received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Vermont as a John Dewey Scholar. He also studied at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University. He graduated from the University of Maine School of Law in 2006 and received the Pro Bono Publico Award. He is actively involved in several bar associations including the Massachusetts Bar Association, serving on the Civil Litigation Section Council.
